10 Reasons why I believe that Tobi is Obito Uchiha:

1- Obito gave his left-eye Sharingan to kakashi, the orange mask only shows his right eye.

2-They both wear Orange.

3-Their hair is identical when compared.

4- They have similar personalities.

5- When obito was "killed", he was smashed by large boulders. Tobi wears a strange armour that covers his entire body with skrews and plates.

6- We have yet to see a forhead protector on Tobi, but since he clearly has the Sharingan, we can safely assume that he is from Konoha.

7- Tobi IS NOT Uchiha Madara, because if you read carefully, he said "My power...Uchiha Madara's Power..." clearly stating that he only has Madara's Abilities.

8- Notice: Tobi speaks in the third person when refering to himself. "Tobi is a good boy" may be his way of saying that he stole the identity of Tobi, or he is just trying to fool everyone in akatsuki.

9- In some fan-made AMV's or stories, they say that Itachi knew that there was another Uchiha left besides himself and Sasuke,(Tobi) and that he wanted to release the seal on the kyuubi with three Mangaekyou Sharingans; the reason why he wanted Sasuke to come after him with the intent to kill.

10- With the time gap between when Obito was crushed by rocks to when Tobi is introduced, suggests that Tobi is about the same age as Kakashi.



I believe that Tobi is actually Obito Uchiha, and ALSO that Rin is still alive. Rin was only always "presumed dead" and they give no information whatsoever to the fact that she actually did die, exept for when kakashi said that everyone close to him has died. However, she could still be alive...wether in hiding, akatsuki, or right in front of our eyes where we least expect her.
